Sonostream in Iraq

     Last week was a busy week for clients using our exclusive sonostream (web streaming) services. I scanned a mom who arrived with her parents, sisters and in-laws.  Her husband was not present as he is serving our country currently stationed in Iraq.  He has access to Internet services and email so we were able to set up a live streaming video of this ultrasound.  Not only was he able to watch this session live, he was able to hear everyone’s reactions and voices in the ultrasound room since the room has a microphone.  He also has the opportunity to watch this again and again since he can save it on a computer then burn it to a disc. 

    This baby was a stubborn little guy who likes sleeping with his hands and feet curled up in his face.  The entire family was joking that he is already stubborn like his dad.  After a while we were able to catch a glimpse of this beautiful little boy who briefly stretched out and smiled.  The reactions were  priceless…laughing crying and speechless.  This baby not only acts like his daddy he looks exactly like him too according to the family.  

     I later received an email from the dad in Iraq thanking me for sharing this special moment in his life.  I always feel like I should be the one thanking you for letting me enjoy these special bonding moments and catch a glimpse into such loving families anticipating such a wonderful miracle.  This dad was especially grateful to be able to re-watch this ultrasound and share it with his unit in Iraq.  It will bring much joy to many for many months until he will meet his son in person.

Just wanted to congratulate Jasmine on her 3rd pregnancy.  We are thrilled to be sharing this special time with you for the 3rd time!!  You are our first client who has come back to Envision for the 3rd baby.  It is sooo exciting to be able to share these special times with all our mommy clients and we are honored so many of you choose to enjoy our services for all of your babies!

HI, and welcome to our blog.  Here we hope to inform you about the happenings at Envision Ultrasound.  Please visit our ABOUT US page to learn more about us and the quality services we provide.  Currently we have 2 locations in NJ servicing central and north NJ.  Our Westfield, NJ office has been open 4 years and remains our flagship office.  Our Ridgewood, NJ has been opened for 1 year and services Bergen, Hudson, and Passaic counties in NJ and also Rockland and Westchester counties in upstate NY. 

Our Brooklyn Heights location services the Brooklyn Heights, Park Slope, Cobble HIll and Carroll Gardens portion of Brooklyn.  It’s been open for 3 years while our Manhattan office has been opened since January 2008.  Our NY offices use the GE voluson i machine which not only gives the clearest pictures in the industry, it’s mobile.  We have the ability to come to you for your ultrasound.  Feel free to call us to schedule your in-home ultrasound.
